Microsoft Business Applications Summit in May

Microsoft’s Business Applications Summit is going to be in Dallas this year, and will be held on May 6-7, 2020.  I’m excited to announce that I’ll be there, presenting a session on Power Automate.  Here are the details of my session:

Power Virtual Agents and Power Automate for Teams and frontline workers

Microsoft Power Virtual Agents provide an easy way to create interactive bots using a no-code graphical interface. Similarly, Microsoft Power Automate offers a simple no code interface for automating business processes. When combined, these technologies offer the citizen developer a powerful toolset to quickly and efficiently build integrated processes. This session explores Power Virtual Agents’ ability to provide frontline workers a quick way to ask questions concerning times and availability from Shifts in Microsoft Teams. Learn how to create actions in bots to trigger Power Automate, which then processes the questions and returns data to the bot. The skills learned are applicable to many data sources, such as SharePoint, SQL, email, and more.
