M365 Community Days Atlanta: See You There
I’m heading to M365 Community Days Atlanta on Saturday, November 14, 2026, and I’d love to see you there.
Community Days is officially coming to the Atlanta area. These used to be called “SharePoint Saturday”, but the name has changed in the last 5 years or so. Southeast folks get a full day of Microsoft 365 learning, no long flight needed.
So if you’ve been waiting for a local, low-cost way to level up your skills, this is it. Let’s walk through the event, my session, and how to make the most of the day.

What is a Community Days event?
Community Days events are run by the community, with support from Microsoft and partners. In fact, there’s a whole global network of them listed at communitydays.org. Each one is local, affordable, and packed with real-world sessions.
M365 Community Days Atlanta follows that same spirit. The organizers describe it as a low-cost day of learning, networking, and collaboration. Plus, it’s built for everyone: business users, IT pros, leaders, and curious beginners alike.
🚀 My Session: Easy Automation with Teams Workflows
My session is “Boosting Team Efficiency: Easy Automation with Teams Workflows.” The event kicks off at 9:00 AM ET, so keep an eye on the schedule for my exact time slot.
Session abstract
Let’s talk about cutting the manual work out of your day. In this session, we’ll dig into how Power Automate and Teams work together to make your daily grind easier. I’ll walk through real examples of using flows inside Teams to handle the tasks nobody wants to do by hand. Think scheduling meetings, routing approvals, and keeping project updates moving, all without ever leaving your Teams channels.
By the end of this one, you’ll know how to spot the automation opportunities hiding in your own day-to-day work. And because we’ll cover practical, ready-to-use patterns, you’ll walk away with ideas you can build the same week.
🤝 Why You Should Attend M365 Community Days Atlanta
Now, let’s talk about why this day is worth your Saturday.
Sessions across the Microsoft stack
The event tracks include Power Platform, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Fabric, and more. There are SharePoint, Teams, Copilot Studio, Power BI, and security topics. Each session runs 50 minutes, including Q&A. So you can bounce between low-code, data, and AI topics all day.
The hallway track
Honestly, some of my best ideas came from hallway chats at events like this. At M365 Community Days Atlanta, you’ll meet Microsoft MVPs, sponsors, and peers solving the same problems you are.
Tips to get the most out of the day
