A Journey of Transformation

When we embarked on this journey a decade ago, we could have never imagined the incredible transformation our show would undergo. Together with my beloved co-host, Joelle Jobson, we’ve worked at multiple companies together, explored the depths of Microsoft 365, from SharePoint and OneDrive to Microsoft Teams, Power Apps, Power Automate, and everything in between. Our aim has always been to bridge the gap between technical complexities and practical applications, making the Microsoft 365 experience accessible to all.

From the very first “Power Hour” episode to the upcoming 10th-anniversary show, we have had the privilege of connecting with countless incredible individuals who represent businesses, and organizations all over the world that have embraced Microsoft 365 and the cloud. Our diverse community has been the driving force behind our evolution from a SharePoint-centric show to one encompassing the vast expanse of Microsoft 365 solutions. We are deeply grateful for your unwavering support, engaging discussions, and valuable feedback that have helped us shape the course of “Power Hour” over the years.

You have saved my butt and helped many of my co-workers from the early days working with Infopath. Still go your content to see the ture story

  • Hello Laura and Joelle!

I wanted to express my gratitude for the incredible support you’ve provided from the very beginning. Laura, your Infopath book played a pivotal role in helping me launch a web request system at my workplace. Then, in 2019, when we embraced Power Apps, I successfully converted those systems to the power platform, thanks to your invaluable guidance.

Your training materials have been my go-to resource for expanding my knowledge and expertise on these platforms, and I frequently use them to help others learn as well. Whenever I demo the systems at work, I always refer to your site as one of the best ways to grasp these technologies.

Moreover, it was a pleasure meeting you both a few times at small conferences hosted at GA State University. If my memory serves me right, I believe we crossed paths back in 2015.

Once again, thank you both for being such amazing mentors and contributing significantly to my professional growth. Your impact on my journey has been immeasurable.

    • Hi Marie, thank you so much for reaching out and letting us know we have been helpful in your career. Hopefully we will cross paths again!
