What is lazy approval? It is the ability to reply to an approval email with the word “Approved” or “Rejected”, without need for the approver to go to a site in SharePoint. With the mobile workforce, this is a feature that is in high demand, for people to quickly be able to read an email and approve or reject instantaneously.
